Arrival and Departure
All VIP guests should enter the Royal Albert Hall via Door 6.

Disabled Access
The Royal Albert Hall has many entrances at Ground level.
Ramped access is located at Doors 1, 3, 8, 9 and 12.
Public lifts are located at Doors 1 and 8 with automatic doors, Braille, tactile numbering and voice announcements. These lifts serve all levels from Basement to Gallery.
Arena Foyers can be accessed via a platform lift from Basement level at Door 1
Some seats are not readily accessible to wheelchair users.
If you have a client who needs assistance in sourcing best choice of seat please contact fiona.koetser@img.com with your request.

Age Limit
Tickets are required for each child attending a performance.
All customers aged 14 years or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
We would not recommend children under 6 attending Champions Tennis.
Each individual in a box must have their own seat and there cannot be more people in the box than seats.

Cloakroom
Currently suspended due to Covid-19.
For Champion Club patrons there are hooks available for coats in the box.
For Racquet Club patrons we will endeavour to open the Cloakroom under Door 6.

Access and Travel Underground
The nearest underground stations are High Street Kensington and South Kensington.

Taxis
Taxis and cars can drop off and collect Hospitality guests from Door 6.

Car Parking
Strict parking controls are in operation around the vicinity.
The Royal Albert Hall has access to a limited number of parking spaces at nearby Imperial College.
Spaces cost £10.75 per session and must be booked in advance.
− Car-parking is available from 6.30pm on weekdays, 12pm on Saturday and 11am on Sunday (access via Exhibition Road).
− Please note you may be refused entry if you arrive before these times.
− Bookings must be made in advance through the Box Office on 020 7589 8212 or online at www.royalalberthall.com. The nearest public car-park is at the Royal Garden Hotel on High Street Kensington.

The Hospitality office is situated in the Royal Retiring room on the Grand Tier level. The office will be operational from Wednesday 26 November to Sunday 28 December 2021. Please note we may have limited access to emails during the event.

Dress Code
Smart Casual

Etiquette
− Smoking is not permitted in the Royal Albert Hall. Patrons who wish to smoke are permitted to do so outside the Hall,
− Guests are asked to ensure mobile phones are on silent whilst in the auditorium.
− We would kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others by keeping the volume of noise down in their respective boxes during play.

Champions Club Drinks Package

− An allocation of Champagne will be provided in your box for Reception drinks.
− Complimentary wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks are available during the session and can be ordered via your box steward.
− If you would like additional Champagne, this can be purchased either by credit card or cash direct from your box steward.
